NEWSTART Team

Our teams of professionals volunteer to assist with Health Screens, Educational Lectures, Cooking Demonstrations, and Administration. Our team consists of a physician, research scientist, chiropractor, engineer, dietician, nurses, family consumer scientist, medical and nursing students, accountant, social worker, IT specialist, graphic artists, chaplain, teachers and a real estate agent. The team has been trained on the 8 principles of NEWSTART. In addition, selected team members were trained to be certified CHIP educators to enhance the nutritional and health risk factor education. NEWSTART is a non-profit organization in Cincinnati, OH. This organization is financially supported by the volunteers that provide the NEWSTART service. The costs of services provided are associated with equipment and materials. Volunteers are not paid. NEWSTART suggest that for the modified service a donation of $150.00 would help cover expenses. The donation for the Comprehensive Health Screen donation will be additional.
